The room was well-appointed with bunk beds for three adults. The staff was top-class. The hotel had a central position right by good restaurants and bars. Tried some nice meals at Contra, located not very far from the property.

Overall clean accommodation, efficient staff from the front desk to the housekeepers. Comfortable beds in our triple room. Good food, coffee and cakes. Amazing location, 15 minutes' walk to Little Italy. Next door to bars and cafés.

Perfect hotel, fairly clean, very welcoming and really good staff. Marvellous and fab location in a lively area, so close to a subway station which made travelling very easy and Lower East Side and the East Village and singers for live performances. Nearby Fools Gold - great place to chill out.

The triple room had a comfy bed, a cozy chair, air conditioning, and coffee, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

We can recommend this hotel. The location is ideal for a metropolis like NY and the staff is always nice and helpful. We were surprised that between 7 am and 7 pm coffee and small snacks, like muffins and muesli bars are avaliable. Furthermore, the roof terrace is to be mentioned as a very positive thing.

The check-in was efficient. the room was freshly renovated and had a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets. - the breakfast with East Houston Clinton St Bakery and great views was gorgeous, you’ll find what you need. - Everybody was outstandingly accommodating and incredibly kind.

Location!
Didn´t like the breakfast and the breakfast room which is in the claustrophobic basement. Small room. We got wrong information about the parking place close to the hotel (we were told that hourly rates are possible but then no hourly rate possible when entering after 4pm).

It's a nice modern hotel. The location is perfect for tourism in lower manhattan. Breakfast and free wifi are a plus
After a weekend of shopping the room was rather small for all the bags, boxs, etc!

Fantastic location for exploring Lower East Side and East village. Room was small but perfectly formed! Great roof top access which you can take your own food and drink up to.
Only one grumble - wardrobe space is v small so how about some wall hooks? (Instead of note not to hang things on sprinklers!!)

The hotel was located in the Lower East Side of Manhattan near lots of bars and nightclubs. The hotel room was tiny.
-Free breakfast is from 07:30-10:30am and the hours need to be extended into brunch. -The hotel charged me a hidden $70 hospitality fee.
